Job Description
Role Purpose:
The courier is responsible for efficiently sorting, loading/unloading, delivering, and picking up shipments within the assigned service area while maintaining DHL’s service quality, customer focus, and safety standards.
work location: Downtown (Gawad Hosney).
Core Responsibilities:
Represent DHL professionally; maintain uniform, grooming, and customer-first conduct.
Deliver and pick up all shipments on time (meeting RDD and PU targets).
Scan all shipment activities accurately using the electronic scanner.
Handle special delivery requests and follow up on customer inquiries.
Collect and report any cash received.
Support operations tasks such as loading, unloading, and sorting freight.
Experience & Requirements:
Holds a bachelor’s degree.
Ability to drive car with manual transmission.
Valid driver’s license.
Physical fitness to lift, move, and handle shipments regularly.
Good English communication.
