Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to maintain positive employee relations across the organization. • Monitor employee engagement through surveys, feedback, and engagement metrics. • Lead follow-up actions from Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) and Great Place to Work (GPTW) initiatives to improve workplace culture. • Strengthen communication between management and employees to promote transparency and collaboration. • Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as vendors and partners. • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and workplace concerns. • Support management with guidance on employee performance and engagement issues. • Drive initiatives related to employee experience, culture, and engagement programs.

Requirements

• Experience on internal communication and engagement or event management with general organization • Experience in employee engagement, internal communication, event management, or people culture initiatives. • Strong understanding of employee relations practices. • Active English communication skills. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage sensitive employee matters professionally and confidentially.
