Our HR Services team supports more than 350,000 employees across 28 countries worldwide. We deliver payroll, time & attendance management, employee data administration, reporting, travel & expense processing, and many other HR support services.
Job Purpose
Support the development and administration of HR Administration, Payroll and Shared Services processes to deliver best-in-class HR services, systems, and solutions in line with business needs, HR Shared Services objectives, service quality standards, and budgets.
Your Tasks
- Administer assigned HR Administration and Payroll processes while ensuring agreed delivery timelines and quality standards
- Identify patterns of errors or recurring issues and resolve them, escalating more complex cases when necessary
- Support team members with recurring operational issues related to assigned HR services
- Maintain reports and data related to assigned HR services in line with established standards and guidelines
- Gather feedback and input from HR partners and employees regarding HR services and share insights with the Supervisor
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree, HR certification, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll
- Experience supporting African countries would be a strong advantage
- Very good communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken
- Good understanding of key HR processes, including Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations / Industrial Relations
- Experience leading or coordinating small teams
- Strong business understanding and customer-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
