Overview:
The incumbent will be responsible to Lead Country IT Product Management by defining Country product vision and roadmap, supporting Global application deployments, engaging stakeholders and local suppliers, and managing IT run operations and performance for continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Country IT Product Management: Define the Country product vision, create a roadmap aligned with Regional & Global business goals, and collaborate with stakeholders for input and requirements.
- Support Global/Regional IT Product Management for Global/Regional application deployments in the country.
- Country IT Application Operations, ICS, and Performance Management: Define Country IT run operations requirements, manage budgets, track product performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement.
- Manage application to application integration.
- Leverage Automation potential e.g., RPA, Power Apps.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience in IT department at a multinational or renowned local logistics company.
- Master’s degree preferably in related field from reputable institution.
- Proficient knowledge of IT procedure and policies.
- Ability to influence individuals and teams in order to achieve set or desired goals and objectives.
- Must have good management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong command over Microsoft Office and other related software.
