
Manager, Sales Program
Job Description
- Design, lead, and execute region-wide strategic sales initiatives that drive sustainable revenue growth, strengthen market positioning, and enhance customer value proposition across all APEC markets.
- Provides strategic direction, governance, and country alignment for sales programs that support commercial growth priorities, leveraging market knowledge and best practices to deliver regional commercial goals.
- Serve as the regional contact point for strategic sales programs, working closely with country commercial teams, global stakeholders, and cross-business unit (XBU) partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strategic Program Development - Lead the development and execution of the APEC Strategic Sales Program roadmap aligned with global and regional business objectives.
- Define clear strategic priorities, success metrics, and governance frameworks for program execution.
- Translate global / regional sales strategies into actionable regional and country-level plans, toolkits, ensuring relevance to local market conditions.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration - Work with Country Commercial Heads, CPR teams, and XBU counterparts to secure buy-in, alignment, and active participation in program initiatives.
- Liaison between global program team and APEC countries, ensuring timely communication and alignment.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and adoption of best practices across countries.
- Program Execution & Performance Management - Drive the successful rollout and adoption of regional sales programs, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to defined quality standards.
- Oversee performance monitoring, providing data-driven insights, progress reports, and recommendations to Regional and Country Commercial teams.
- Identify underperforming markets or channels, develop targeted interventions, and track improvement outcomes.
- Market Development & Innovation - Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform program design and prioritization."
- Preferably experienced in DHL Express sales
- Strong commercial background at global, regional, or country level
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective sales programs
- Experience working with cross‑cultural teams and stakeholders across APEC
- Solid program/project management skills with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and travel when required
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Self‑starter with an enterprising mindset
