QUALITY Functions
-
Conducting regular quality audits and inspections to identify and address any non-conformities or defects

Implementing quality control measures and processes to prevent quality issues from occurring

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related problems
-
Maintaining detailed records and documentation to track quality performance metrics
-
Providing training and guidance to production and operations staff on quality procedures and best practices
-
Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards and quality management principles
-
Continuously looking for opportunities to improve quality systems and processes
OMS Functions
-
Drive the implementation of the 4 OMS principles and 12 OMS elements and maintain the OMS
-
Support the site management team to establish and maintain an organization that delivers
-
Support the implementation and maintenance of the Job Standardization
-
Support continuous improvement
-
Coach of a team, ensuring everyone plays by the rules to achieve success.
Requirements
-
College diploma or degree in engineering, business administration or a related field
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
-
Strong understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and quality control techniques
-
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
-
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools
-
Experience in performance management, productivity and continuous improvement methodologies
