Responsibilities
- Inputting customer or client information into databases
- Converting paper documents into digital files
- Updating existing records with new data
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files
- Checking data for errors or discrepancies
- Reviewing entries for accuracy and completeness
- Running reports to identify inconsistencies
Requirements
High School Graduate
- Understanding of warehouse workflows (inbound, outbound, inventory control).
- Ability to check, validate, and correct transaction errors in real time.
- Knowledge of documentation: DR, SO, discrepancy reports, cycle count sheets, etc.
