Job Description
The Member Solutions Specialist provides exceptional and efficient member service throughout the collection process. The Member Solutions Specialist makes decisions to minimize the credit union’s losses while ensuring compliance with the credit union’s policies, and Federal and State regulations. Monitors delinquent accounts, mediation agreements, and garnishments. Maintains collection records, handles small claims, settlements, bankruptcies, repossessions, forced place insurance, and charge offs.
