Working in our manufacturing plant, our Plant Administrator is vital to the success of our business. Your role will support our Leadership Team by assisting with daily tasks and managing business critical items. Your role will help ensure that our plant is operating at the highest level of efficiency so that we can produce AMazing results for our customers. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Generate Reports and complete Data Entry for various departments, using Excel and other relevant data entry systems, based on business need.
- Organize Production and Scrap results for each shift.
- Complete intake of all Raw and Non-Raw Materials. File into the appropriate Production/AMMS and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies/complete relevant tasks in a timely manner.
- Maintain filing system for receipts and other confidential documents.
- Generate needed paperwork for outgoing shipments and maintain relevant records.
- Maintain stock of office supplies/general supplies for the main office and various departments based on business need.
- Assist in coordinating Engagement activities and acquiring engagement supplies when required.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks, for various departments, when required.
*Need to be available at the end of each month on Saturday for 3-4 hours to complete Data Entry for Production and Scrap EOM Results. Hours worked from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 1-3 years’ experience in the manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing and/or warehouse environment and inventory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organization; ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Word required.
