The Digital Business Analyst manages requirements, identifies improvements, and supports the effective implementation of digital systems at Karis. They document processes and systems and provides technical support to Interested Parties including users, project leaders, and senior leadership. They work with project teams, departments, and various roles within the organization. They facilitate identifying, selecting, promoting, analyzing, implementing, and optimizing effective digital solutions for Karis, for both internal staff and people who use our services. They provide information in the best interests of Karis Disability Services’ digital business practices.
