Job Description

  • Identify and execute educational partnership opportunities across corporates, NGOs, foundations, and other key educational stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a partnership strategy aligned to OUPEA’s commercial objectives. Prepare partnership proposals, concept notes, and any other documents to support engagement efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target organisations.
  •  Lead partnership negotiations and support contracting processes in collaboration with internal teams. Act as the primary contact for all assigned partners, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure timely and smooth execution.
  • Support the entire sales team in identifying opportunities, developing proposals and pitching to clients in their portfolios. Track deliverables, timelines, and impact KPIs.
  • Maintain a pipeline of partnership opportunities with clear revenue projections across the department. Achieve Key accounts for annual revenue targets.
  • Prepare regular reports, updates and forecasts for leadership. Develop and implement Key Account Plans for key partners, institutions, and distributors.
  • Monitor accounts performance, identify and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions for key accounts.
