1–3 years of experience (or relevant academic/project experience) in Home Energy Management, Smart home / IoT, Energy Systems (photovoltaics, self-consumption, energy optimization)
Strong interest in business development and partnerships
Solid market analysis and competitive benchmarking skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
Ability to link technical aspects to business value
Willingness to travel (trade fairs and events across Europe)
Fluency in English and Italian
