Job Description
- Assist families with registration, check-in, and navigation during events.
- Coordinate room setup, takedown and cleanup, including materials and equipment, to ensure a seamless participant experience.
- Support the implementation of educational activities, such as art and cooking classes, ensuring participants are engaged and supported.
- Aid in grocery carryout services during Brother Bill’s sessions and assist in loading vehicles with food boxes during North Texas Food Bank distributions.
- Provide hands-on support to students and families during technology-focused sessions, including iPad/Chromebook setup and troubleshooting.
- Serve food and beverages during events, ensuring quality service and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with the coordination of volunteer assignments.
- Participate in marketing/community events.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with basic technology troubleshooting and setup is a plus.
- Commitment to community service and engagement.
