Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process for defined customers and products, including order tracking, customer communication, and quotation creation across all markets
- Ensure high order data accuracy and maintain backlog commenting in line with established rules and standards
- Monitor OtC KPIs and implement corrective actions to drive performance improvements and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with Scheduling, Planning, and global/regional OtC and SCM teams to cascade order-relevant updates and support informed decision-making
- Support Supply Chain performance reporting including OTIF analysis, backlog reporting, and root cause analysis within the QNS process
- Leverage data-driven approaches and Lean Six Sigma principles to identify process inefficiencies, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement across regional Supply Chain workflows.
- Maintain accurate process documentation including SOPs and Work Instructions to meet audit requirements
- Support master data maintenance covering customer master, material master, and pricing conditions
- Collaborate with global and regional OtC Management to harmonize processes and implement globally aligned best practices across the segment
