Licensed Mental Health Counselor
McLennan County Jail | Waco, TX
TK Health is hiring Licensed Mental Health Counselors for both full-time and part-time, on-site roles at the McLennan County Jail in Waco, TX.
Pay & Schedule
- $47.00 per hour
- Full-Time: Friday - Monday
- Friday (9-5), Sat-Sun (7-7), and Mon (9-5)
Requirements
- Master’s degree with active licensure as LPC, LCSW, LADC, or LMFT
- Ability to work on-site in Waco, TX
- Ability to pass a background check
What You’ll Do
- Provide crisis intervention and suicide prevention services
- Assess and coordinate mental health care for incarcerated individuals
- Develop individualized treatment and release plans
- Collaborate with medical staff and community resources
- Support MAT/substance abuse counseling
- Participate in on-call coverage as needed
