Job Description

  • Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations, including review of legal and commercial terms, working closely with Legal and Finance.
  • Balance commercial opportunity, risk, and margin in line with governance frameworks.
  • Ensures compliance with Nomad Digital sales processes requirements preparing & leading bid sign-off reviews, coordinating the relationship between key client personnel and Nomad Digital senior executives. 
  • Produces high quality proposals in collaboration with the Bid support team and in line with the bid process. Can produce as required budgetary proposals to a sufficient standard of quality on his / her own, leveraging on Technical teams and expertise and using the templates provided by the bid team. 
  • Maintain full accountability for revenue, margin, backlog, and forecasts within assigned accounts.
