Job Description

  • Driving change programs, organizational effectiveness, high-performance culture, and supporting bids and projects. ,

  • Acting as 2nd chair negotiator and lead negotiator (as needed) for all labor contracts within the assigned business area, including all pre, during, and post activities. ,

  • Analyzing the current organizational capabilities to deliver the business strategy and identifying and acting on gaps versus required capabilities. ,

  • Supporting business leaders in all talent activities, ensuring the right talent is in the right place at the right time, and coaching leaders on talent-related tools and strategies. ,

  • Supporting talent reviews, competency assessments, identification and mobilization of high potentials, performance management, individual action plans, resource and succession planning, recruitment, and onboarding. ,

  • Analyzing current staffing, forecasting future needs, and developing strategies to ensure skilled employees are in place at the right time while optimizing resource and talent allocations. ,

  • Supervising two Human Resources Business Partners and an International Intern (VIE). ,

  • Supporting leadership development on-site to ensure management delivers on commitments, mobilizes teams, and drives business strategy while adhering to the Code of Ethics. ,

  • Leveraging best practices, sharing knowledge, and ensuring efficient and effective interfaces with HR Ops. ,

  • Ensuring legal compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADAAA, and New York-specific leave laws, to minimize organizational risk/exposure.
