Job Description
Serving as the primary interface as testing authority for the customer regarding commissioning activities and management of site personnel. ,
Producing Right Of Way (ROW) requests and Site Specific Work Plans for all testing work. ,
Evaluating and validating the scope of testing to support commissioning requirements and site activities as required. ,
Specifying and designing overall tests, including test architecture (test plan) and test design (test cases). ,
Maintaining detailed forecasts of testing timescales and resource requirements to deliver the allocated project stages. ,
Managing budgets within tendered costs and program timescales throughout the duration of site testing and commissioning. ,
Deploying T&C processes in the field and ensuring adherence by the T&C team. ,
Overseeing the preparation and approval of T&C procedures, method statements, and field test documentation. ,
Ensuring that railway safety, EHS restrictions, and all applicable regulations are enforced and respected during testing activities. ,
Performing customer acceptance tests and participating in site tests.
