Sales Administrator – Rail & Road (German Speaker)

Support the Key Account and Sales Managers in preparing offers, plans, and tenders Independently manage customer inquiries, orders, and international communication Coordinate technical and commercial aspects of sales projects Track offers, sales opportunities, and competitor activities Handle spare parts management and related documentation Maintain accurate SAP master data (customers, materials, contracts) Assist with events, trade fairs, and customer presentations Collaborate with internal departments on order processing and delivery coordination Prepare reports, forecasts, and sales performance analysis Participate in acquisition projects, customer negotiations, and internal sales initiatives
