Leading the Test Laboratory team, managing objectives, and fostering professional growth
Ensuring test lab most relevant contribution to Alstom R&D and Innovation strategy
Implementing, managing and continuously improving the quality system of the Test Laboratory
Developing and ensuring the preservation of external recognitions (CAB for 17025 Accreditation, ISO, IRIS) when applicable
Ensuring the achievement of the tests in accordance with the SQCD commitment, depending on TDS / CDS organization.
Implementing, managing, and continuously improving the Test Laboratory’s quality system
Ensuring the independence, integrity, and confidentiality of the laboratory staff
Building and nurturing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
