Job Overview
The Spa Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is responsible for securing and coordinating spa group bookings, including corporate wellness events, bridal parties, social groups, and retreats, while ensuring seamless service execution and maximizing spa utilization.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Actively solicit new business through prospecting, networking, and outreach to corporate clients, event planners, and group organizers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hotel partners, wedding planners, and local businesses.
  • Create and execute targeted sales strategies and promotions to increase group spa bookings and revenue.
  • Conduct spa tours and presentations to showcase treatment offerings, facilities, and group packages.

Group Booking Planning and Management:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand group needs, preferences, and scheduling requirements.
  • Design customized group spa experiences, including treatment selections, packages, pricing, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with spa therapists, front desk, and operations teams to ensure seamless scheduling and service delivery.
  • Manage group booking logistics, contracts, and timelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee on-site group experiences, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve any issues or special requests promptly and professionally.

Financial Management:

  • Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, upselling, and package development.
  • Monitor group booking performance, utilization rates, and profitability.
  • Analyze sales trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on sales activity, revenue, and forecasts.

Team Leadership:

  • Collaborate with spa and front desk teams to ensure alignment on group bookings and service execution.
  • Provide guidance and training on group sales processes, upselling techniques, and guest service standards.
  • Foster a positive, service-oriented, and team-focused work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in spa, hospitality sales, or event/group booking management.
  • Strong knowledge of spa operations, wellness services, and scheduling logistics.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and build client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in spa management and booking software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on group needs.
  • Experience with group bookings, weddings, or corporate wellness programs a plus.
  • Upscale or luxury hospitality experience a plus.
