Job Description
Sales and Marketing:
- Actively solicit new business through prospecting, networking, and outreach to corporate clients, event planners, and group organizers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hotel partners, wedding planners, and local businesses.
- Create and execute targeted sales strategies and promotions to increase group spa bookings and revenue.
- Conduct spa tours and presentations to showcase treatment offerings, facilities, and group packages.
Group Booking Planning and Management:
- Collaborate with clients to understand group needs, preferences, and scheduling requirements.
- Design customized group spa experiences, including treatment selections, packages, pricing, and timelines.
- Coordinate with spa therapists, front desk, and operations teams to ensure seamless scheduling and service delivery.
- Manage group booking logistics, contracts, and timelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee on-site group experiences, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any issues or special requests promptly and professionally.
Financial Management:
- Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, upselling, and package development.
- Monitor group booking performance, utilization rates, and profitability.
- Analyze sales trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on sales activity, revenue, and forecasts.
Team Leadership:
- Collaborate with spa and front desk teams to ensure alignment on group bookings and service execution.
- Provide guidance and training on group sales processes, upselling techniques, and guest service standards.
- Foster a positive, service-oriented, and team-focused work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in spa, hospitality sales, or event/group booking management.
- Strong knowledge of spa operations, wellness services, and scheduling logistics.
- Proven ability to drive sales and build client relationships.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in spa management and booking software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on group needs.
- Experience with group bookings, weddings, or corporate wellness programs a plus.
- Upscale or luxury hospitality experience a plus.
