Job Description
Hospice of Marion County, a member of Empath Health is seeking a Hospital - Access Navigator to join our Admissions team. This full-time, leadership role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patient access and care coordination across our hospital partners.
Friday - Sunday 8am-8pm | 12 hour shifts, 36 hours a week
