This new boutique represents an exciting milestone for our company and a continued commitment to delivering the world-class standards and service associated with the Rolex brand. We are seeking passionate, service-driven professionals who are excited to be part of this landmark opportunity and help bring the Diamond Cellar experience to Houston.
What will you do as a Luxury Sales Advisor?
Our Luxury Sales Advisors deliver an exceptional customer experience for each client who walks through our door – whether they are looking to make a purchase, need a repair, or are simply interested in browsing our amazing selection of Rolex watches. They create an unforgettable shopping experience every day. Our sales professionals are go-getters, energetic, and approachable.
- Provide a refined, hospitality-driven client experience aligned with Rolex and Diamond Cellar standards, ensuring every interaction is personalized and memorable.
- Build and maintain a strong clientele through consistent CRM utilization, detailed client profile management (preferences, purchase history, key dates, lifestyle insights), and strategic follow-up.
- Execute a structured client discovery process during initial interactions to understand purchase intent, occasion, timeline, and brand affinity.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage follow-ups, and drive personalized outreach and client engagement.
- Proactively follow up on product arrivals, waitlist updates, service milestones, and relevant brand communications.
- Stay informed on Rolex products, market trends, and client demand to guide conversations and recommendations.
- Partner with leadership using client data and insights to drive appointments, conversions, and retention.
- Support appointment-based selling and clienteling initiatives to maximize conversion and elevate the client experience.
- Assist with store opening and closing in accordance with all security and company protocols.
- Maintain merchandising and visual displays to meet Diamond Cellar and brand standards.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance consistent with Rolex and Diamond Cellar expectation and stated dress code.
- Other related duties as assigned.
What are we looking for in a Luxury Sales Advisor?
- Previous sales experience; luxury sales experience a plus
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Must be able to work on the weekends
- Experience in clientele building in luxury retail, a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
- Multi-lingual in Spanish and/or Cantonese, a plus
