As part of our team, you'll leverage your skills to build impactful connections and gain deep industry insights. Collaborate with top talent to drive meaningful change in housing while expanding your expertise in a fast-growing industry.

The Role

If puzzles, patterns, and internet sleuthing are your thing, you’ll feel right at home here. As a Research Analyst at Zonda, you’ll uncover the story behind new home developments— digging through public records, builder websites, satellite imagery, and jurisdiction data to keep our market intelligence sharp, accurate, and ahead of the curve.

This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting the dots, solving information gaps, and transforming scattered data into meaningful housing market insight. Every day brings a new challenge, a new mystery to solve, and a chance to contribute to the data powering the future of housing.

You’ll own and maintain data for actively selling new home communities within an assigned region, partnering closely with a collaborative and fast-moving research team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces curiosity, and brings a detail-obsessed mindset to everything they do.

What You’ll Do

  • Investigate and research new home developments using Zonda’s proprietary research methodologies and tools
  • Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources, even when information is limited or incomplete
  • Keep project and community data accurate and up to date through online research, builder website reviews, public records, and satellite imagery analysis
  • Identify trends, inconsistencies, and missing information with a sharp analytical eye
  • Meet quarterly research deadlines with a strong focus on data integrity, consistency, and completion rates
  • Share weekly insights and analytics related to data collection progress with leadership and the Research team
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team while also owning your region and working independently with confidence

Who You Are

  • Naturally curious with a knack for research, investigation, and problem-solving
  • Highly detail-oriented and quick to spot inconsistencies or missing information
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a collaborative team
  • Strong communicator with confidence gathering information through outreach and online research
  • Proficient in Excel, including formulas and data organization
  • Someone who enjoys turning raw information into meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions

Perks:

  • We offer meaningful work and opportunities for career growth
  • Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision)
  • 100% Company paid Life Insurance, Long Term Disability, and Short-Term Disability coverage
  • 401k with company match
  • Paid vacation and general holidays
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Live Meditation Sessions
  • Employee Recognition Platform
  • Virtual Wellness Program
  • Remote Work Environment – and always will be!
  • Visionary Leadership Team
