Director of Nursing (RN, Contract)

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing (RN) to lead nursing services within our inpatient behavioral health and substance use treatment program. This onsite leadership role offers the opportunity to shape nursing practice, support staff development, and ensure high-quality, compliant patient care. The Director of Nursing partners with executive and clinical leadership to drive quality, safety, and accreditation readiness while fostering a compassionate, team-oriented culture. Qualified candidates will bring progressive nursing management experience and behavioral health expertise; substance use treatment experience is preferred.
