Director of Nursing - Behavioral Health (SUD & MH)

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead nursing operations within our inpatient behavioral health and substance use treatment program in Baldwinville, MA. This onsite leadership role oversees nursing services across detoxification, residential SUD treatment, and mental health programs, ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and staff development. Reporting to the Executive Director and National Director of Nursing, the DON will serve as a visible, hands-on leader in a high-acuity treatment environment.
