Room Attendant – The Confluence Hotel, Hastings, Minnesota

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to ensure our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities
- Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and minibar items
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries professionally and courteously
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed to support the overall operation of the hotel
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus
