Job Description

Your tasks

  • Handle and follow-up orders from order creation to invoicing to meet customer needs;
  • Assist Borealis General Sales Manager in sales planning and process by collating data;
  • Handle and follow up export documents to assure they arrive in time for customs clearance at the destination;
  • Keep customer file updated in order to have all the latest commercial information available;
  • Handles complaints and customer requests, provides information, appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Ensures registration and customer communication according standards;
  • Processes and maintains complex customer related master data including contracts;
  • Processes and tracks various customer requests and contracts fulfillments;
  • Places, cancels or adjusts orders. Pro-actively follow-up order income;
  • Handles high volume requests coming via email, phone, portal, etc.
