Your tasks
- Handle and follow-up orders from order creation to invoicing to meet customer needs;
- Assist Borealis General Sales Manager in sales planning and process by collating data;
- Handle and follow up export documents to assure they arrive in time for customs clearance at the destination;
- Keep customer file updated in order to have all the latest commercial information available;
- Handles complaints and customer requests, provides information, appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Ensures registration and customer communication according standards;
- Processes and maintains complex customer related master data including contracts;
- Processes and tracks various customer requests and contracts fulfillments;
- Places, cancels or adjusts orders. Pro-actively follow-up order income;
- Handles high volume requests coming via email, phone, portal, etc.
