JOB SUMMARY: Directs the activities of the Quality Assurance group in determining and monitoring various quality indicators throughout the facility, developing trend analysis. Provides input to Top Management regarding key performance indicators of the Facility. Works with department heads to develop and track Continuous Improvement efforts. Responsible for company quality system documents; FAA Repair Station & PMA, EASA Production Organization Approval and ISO/AS 9100 certification.
