Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: The HR Business Analyst collects, analyzes, and interprets HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and utilizes statistical methods and data visualization techniques, market analysis research, benchmarking, and evaluations. Assists with generating regular and ad hoc reports to assist HR leadership and stakeholders with key metrics and insights and develops dashboards and other tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
