Talent Acquisition Specialist
Hybrid -Based in Dubai, UAE (office attendance is not required on a daily basis)
Overview
We are supporting a business consulting firm undergoing growth and evolution across the product and digital space. This role is a replacement hire and will focus on transactional and operational recruitment activities while acting as a strategic talent partner to stakeholders.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will take end-to-end ownership of hiring processes and directly source talent across product and digital functions. The environment suits someone who is proactive, commercially aware, confident in stakeholder engagement, and motivated to grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across assigned roles
Directly source and engage candidates through multiple channels
Build talent pipelines for product and digital-related positions
Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers on recruitment requirements
Provide market insights and hiring recommendations
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding processes
Support evolving hiring needs as the business expands
Maintain candidate engagement and stakeholder communication throughout the process
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants
Requirements
Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within product, digital, or technology-focused environments
Ability to independently manage hiring processes from sourcing through onboarding
Strong sourcing and headhunting capability
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in evolving and fast-paced environments
Warm and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills
Motivated, growth-oriented, and commercially driven
Candidates from smaller firms or consultancies are welcome
Experience hiring for roles such as Product Management, Full Stack Engineering, or related digital positions is advantageous
