Construction Manager

In this role, you will coordinate construction activities across projects to stay aligned with safety goals, budget, schedule, drawings, and specifications while partnering closely with the Project Manager Support project planning by helping define scope, develop cost estimates, build schedules, review designs, manage bids, and coordinate subcontractors Review contractor plans, recommend proven construction methods, and ensure all work approaches and documentation meet project requirements You will manage daily field execution by coordinating subcontractors, tracking progress, removing roadblocks, and keeping work on schedule Enforce safety and quality standards by addressing risks, correcting unsafe conditions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and expectations Monitor project performance by managing scope changes, validating contractor work, reviewing financials, and reporting issues And you will support quality assurance by helping resolve issues and ensuring proper documentation and closeout processes Capture lessons learned and feedback after project completion to improve future execution
