CNC Machinist

Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Turning Center Programmer-Operator. This job entails running high-precision plastic parts using CNC turning centers, live tooling, sub-spindle operations, and manual lathe work. Must be capable of creating programs using 2D/3D CAD drawings and holding extremely tight tolerances.  Key Duties •    Program HAAS CNC turning centers, including live tooling and sub‐spindle operations •    Read and understand blueprints and CAD drawings.•    Ability to use measuring equipment, including Micrometers, calipers, etc.•    Lift 10-25 pounds on a consistent basis.•    Perform manual lathe operations for specialty or one-off parts.•    Consistent attendance and strong work ethic.  Qualifications Strong CNC turning experience, including programming and set-ups Machine shop experience required Manual lathe experience required Self-motivated with good time management skills and the ability to work on a team
