Job Description
Job Summary: The Structural Engineer will serve as the in-house technical authority for all structural systems across Quick Quack’s ground-up greenfield car wash development program. The Structural Engineer will own the master structural prototype drawing set and Revit model, adapt it to site-specific geotechnical and code conditions, coordinate with the architectural and MEP disciplines for clash-free models, review all structural output before city submittal, and respond directly to structural plan check comments. The role requires professional licensure in multiple states and a track record producing structural construction documents
