MEP Engineer

Job Summary: The MEP Engineer will serve as the in-house technical authority for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across Quick Quack’s car wash development program. The MEP Engineer will own the master MEP prototype drawing set and Revit model, adapt it for site-specific conditions, coordinate with the architectural and structural disciplines, review all MEP output before city submittal, and respond to plan check comments directly. The role requires professional licensure in multiple states and a strong track record of producing MEP construction documents for commercia
