Counselor Aide

Harbor is seeking a Counselor Aide to join the Toledo team! This position is responsible for providing clients with direct support and engagement, facilitating group therapy, monitoring and documenting, and crisis responsiveness. Position is contingent, working less than 20 hours per week.

Due to the sensitive nature of the position and the need to protect the privacy and safety of female residents, this position is open to female applicants only. This is a bona fide occupational qualification (BFOQ) under Title VII.
