Job Description

  1. Job Description:

    1. Promote services and introduce new services to the market.
    2. Develop and implement the BVS Sales & Marketing plan.
    3. Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
    4. Stay current in industry by attending training, conferences and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
    5. Maintain close collaboration with BVS technical centers.
    6. Lead and manage commercial and technical meetings with the clients.
    7. Lead and manage opportunity commercial and technical proposals.
    8. Comply with the BVS Quality Management System.
    9. Support General Manager achieve BVS financial performance targets.
    10. Maintain BVS’ sales funnel and record of Sales in Teams and SalesForce.

     

    Requirements:

    1. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; and/or
    2. 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales.
    3. Experience in management would be advantageous.
    4. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
    5. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
    6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    7. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
    8. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
    9. The ability to work under pressure.
