We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work in our growing area as a Analista de Aduanas based in Juarez.
As Analista de Aduanas you will be responsible of:
- Preparar y dar seguimiento a PSC, solicitudes de reembolsos y aplicación de créditos offsets.
- Coordinarse con agentes aduanales para corrección de entries, validación de datos y envío de documentación de soporte.
- Asegurar la trazabilidad de cada transacción (casos identificados, casos procesados, impuestos recuperados).
- Reporteo periódico con montos recuperados (offsets/refunds).
- Asegurar el cumplimiento con regulaciones de US Customs and Border Protection.
To Be Successful in This Role You Must Have
- Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o experiencia laboral equivalente.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en cuentas por pagar, preferentemente en un entorno de importación/exportación.
- Conocimiento de los procesos de agencia aduanal y de las regulaciones de aranceles de importación de Estados Unidos.
- Amplio dominio de software contable y sistemas ERP (preferentemente SAP, QAD o similares).
- Atención al detalle, organizado, resolución de problemas.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales para coordinar eficazmente con proveedores y equipos internos.
