
Sequencing & Mould Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sequencing & Molding Manager to lead and optimize our Sequencing and Molding operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring production efficiency, cost control, and high-quality output in alignment with our strategic goals. You will manage a team, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across departments to support plant operations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team in Sequencing and Molding.
- Organize production planning and scheduling to meet demand and optimize capacity.
- Oversee mold maintenance, spare parts management, and machine availability.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001).
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and implement lean manufacturing practices.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners (suppliers, contractors, auditors).
- Support planning for bladder plant operations and inventory management.
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Management, or Supply Chain Planning.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in tire manufacturing or related industry.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing teams
