Assembly Team Lead

SHIFT: BE Days | Thursday - Saturday | 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM The Assembly Team Lead is the shift facilitator for all employees working on Assembly and Rework during the shift. The lead aids these individuals to be as productive and efficient in their work as they can be, actively filling in when there are absences, training new employees, ensuring that all required training is complete for the shift, helping with issue resolution and troubleshooting, escalating and working with the Shift Supervisor and Engineering when needed.
