At Aurora Networks, we are looking for a senior, customer-facing sales leader to own and expand strategic Tier One relationships across North America.

As Account VP, Sales, you will lead high-impact engagements with some of the most important customers in the industry, working directly with SVP and C-level stakeholders. This role blends executive relationship management, strategic account leadership, and team leadership to drive growth across next-generation access networks, video technologies, and professional services.

 

How You’ll Help Us Connect the World

  • Own and lead Aurora Networks’ engagement with multiple Tier One service provider accounts across North America [
  • Build and deepen executive relationships at the SVP, EVP, and C-suite level, positioning Aurora as a trusted strategic partner
  • Define and execute multi-year account strategies to drive revenue growth across access network, video, and services portfolios
  • Lead and develop a team of senior, highly experienced sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Drive complex deal cycles, including large-scale network transformation initiatives and strategic programs
  • Align cross-functional teams (Sales Engineering, Product, Services, and Executive Leadership) to deliver customer success
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and expand Aurora’s footprint within existing accounts
  • Represent Aurora Networks at executive forums, industry events, and strategic customer engagements

 

Required Qualifications

  • 12–15+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic account sales within telecom, networking, or broadband infrastructure
  • Proven track record of selling into Tier One operators (MSOs, telecom carriers, or large service providers)
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar accounts and complex, long-cycle deals
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives (SVP/C-level) within customer organizations
  • Strong leadership experience managing senior sales or account teams
  • Deep understanding of access network technologies (HFC, PON, DAA, video delivery ecosystems, or related domains)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a remote, highly matrixed organization with significant travel requirements

 

You Will Excite Us If You Have

  • Experience leading global or multi-region strategic accounts
  • Strong knowledge of next-generation broadband technologies (DOCSIS evolution, fiber access, virtualized architectures)
  • Background working closely with product and engineering teams to shape solutions
  • MBA or equivalent business/leadership training
  • Established relationships with key North American Tier One operators

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary) is $248,500.00-$400,000.00

 

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
