Job Description

Your Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers • Identify customer needs and offer suitable logistics solutions (sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, etc.) • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets • Visit customers regularly to gather market trends and customer feedback • Prepare and present proposals and quotations tailored to customer requests • Develop new business opportunities and support key account activities as needed • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and quick issue resolution • Handle special assignments or projects assigned by superior
