You work with the information security team as a competent and experienced information security and compliance specialist.
How you will contribute
You will assess information security risks in line with internal policy and external best practices, and support security of information and IT assets by testing security systems and applying security standards, policies, and procedures. Under the guidance of global information security lead, you will implement cyber security technology and provide day-to-day business support. If relevant to your role, you will manage third-party providers to ensure that any internal or third-party adhere to standards. You will also provide information security training to appropriate teams.

Principais Responsabilidades
Liderar a infraestrutura de IT nas plantas da Mondelez Brasil, definindo roadmap de melhoria, manutenção e segurança
Liderar projetos de infraestrutura e cybersecurity (LAN/WAN, redes industriais, firewall, IDC, cloud readiness)
Conduzir gestão de vulnerabilidades em OT (Operational Technology), patching e remediação de plantas
Implementar tecnologia de segurança cibernética sob orientação do Global Information Security
Gerenciar fornecedores terceirizados, garantindo aderência às normas e SLAs de segurança
Atuar como ponto focal para implementação de sistemas e iniciativas digitais nas plantas
Garantir conformidade com padrões MINT e frameworks de cybersecurity (NIST)
Desenvolver campanhas de conscientização e treinamentos de segurança da informação
Requisitos
Experiência em infraestrutura de TI e/ou segurança cibernética em ambientes industriais/manufatura
Conhecimento sólido do ambiente OT (Operations and Technology)
Experiência com gestão de vulnerabilidades, patching e padrões de segurança
Experiência com gestão de fornecedores, contratos e SLAs
Experiência com gestão de projetos (metodologias Ágeis e tradicionais)
Forte gestão de stakeholders — negociação com liderança de planta em temas técnicos e de negócio
Inglês fluente
Graduação completa em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia Elétrica/Eletrônica, Redes de Computadores ou áreas correlatas de Tecnologia
Desejáveis
Espanhol intermediário
ITIL
Experiência com PMO
Conhecimento em hardware de manufatura (Cisco, Siemens, Rockwell, Fortinet)
Certificações em segurança (CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+)
Experiência prévia em multinacionais (CPG/bens de consumo é um plus)
