PLT | Senior Manager, Commercial Sales

• Represent PLT to responsible for sales target
• Participate in key strategic planning with RH and ZH to support sales
• To be Team Lead to work with ZH for all communications about products and campaigns to achieve the sales target together
• Develop and improve sales capabilities for bank staff with ZH
• Follow up and evaluate sales performance to achieve as planned
• Develop team by setting up coaching plan for Insurance Advisors to improve the efficiency and achieve sales goals
• Analyze sales report to evaluate sales productivities and identify the cause to solve sales issues
• Strengthen good relationship with RH and ZH
