Area Sales Manager (Multi-Family)

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and supporting the growth of Trico Homes communities. Acting as the face of the community, the ASM guides customers through the home-buying journey while building strong relationships with realtors and industry partners. This role plays a key part in the success of Trico Homes’ Multi-Family division, including new community launches such as Verona North. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a passion for customer service and achieving sales targets.
