This is a strategic people development role focused on building learning programs that drive employee growth, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance. You will lead a centralized Learning & Development function supporting a global and decentralized workforce, ensuring learning initiatives align with business priorities and evolving talent needs. Working closely with HR and business leaders, you will identify capability gaps and develop impactful learning solutions that enhance employee success at every stage of their career journey. The role combines program strategy, team leadership, stakeholder management, and learning technology oversight. You will be responsible for delivering engaging development experiences, managing learning platforms, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
