We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team at Baptist Jacksonville. This is a PRN position.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Provides for patient needs as recognized through the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and the mission statement; organization; supervision of care provided by supportive personnel and coordination of care provided by ancillary services.
- Including patients and significant other (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care.
- Education of patients/SO/families to their disease process and plan of care. *Diploma Nurses must have 5+ years of progressive care.
Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 years Behavioral Health Nursing Experience
Education & Credential Requirements:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
