About the Role
The Program Manager is accountable for managing the MSP/VMS program at their designated account(s). They must ensure that Magnit Global is an indispensable, trusted partner to the client, delivering on the contractual scope of services, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, managing day-to-day site operations, and Magnit’s onsite team. The Program Manager’s scope may be regional or global, with services that may encompass some or all of Magnit’s service offerings.
Day In the Life
As the most senior member of the on-site team, the Program Manager’s daily activities may include strategic and operational meetings with key client contacts, oversight of Magnit’s onsite team, working with assigned colleagues in other internal teams, and handling any escalations. Specific activities will vary based on client and location.
What You Will Do
• Deliver Magnit’s contractual scope of services through regular interaction with the client users, staffing partners, and Magnit colleagues.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive mastery of all day-to-day and strategic operational functions that are required to service the client.
• Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of client’s industry, products, markets, competition, and financial positions.
• Manage quality delivery in working with the onsite team and offsite assigned colleagues.
• Partner closely with the Global Program Manager & Account Director to introduce new services to the client and for support and guidance on program delivery, issue resolution, and account management.
• Manage Supplier relationships ensuring close communication and collaboration.
• Partner with Magnit’s offsite functional leaders to leverage best practices and to ensure the program maintains a high standard of delivery throughout.

• Participate in all relevant training programs available internally for business and professional development.
• Manage and provide continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and interact with Magnit’s payrolled workers at the client site in accordance with all relevant labor laws and legislative practices for each jurisdiction under management.

What You Will Need
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of overall experience with 3-5 years of Leading / Managerial / People Management experience.
• Management experience that includes supervisory responsibilities of 1-4 direct reports.
• The ability to empower their team members.
• Previous management experience in business development/client management, Temporary Staffing management, and/or Human Resources.
• Working knowledge of local labor and employment laws.
• Experience with on-site operations for Fortune 500/1000 companies preferred.
• Extensive vendor management experience across disciplines and geographic locations preferred.
• Strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
• Exceptionally detailed communication skills.
• Essential critical thinking skills- analysis and problem-solving.
• Ability to travel to alternative base locations as and when required.
