Your Opportunity
Co-create with DAN, PPOCs, local Enablers and other functions to build DA/TA integrated strategies and OBP (DA affiliate outcomes: LTO, MTO & STO) - aligned with global and regional strategies.
Support DAN, PPOCs on building and reviewing business planning, re-define go-to-market model
Collaborate with PPOCs to engage with local stakeholders/partners to provide and validate local market competition and customers insights
Support DAN and PPOCs on market research to gain market insights for building strategies
Lead and collaborate with PPOCs and other stakeholders to conduct the short term, mid term and long term forecasting of business for related TAs
Co-create with DAN and PPOCs to create promotional materials and build digital marketing contents for both HCPs and patients
Provide input, develop and adaptation to all promotional materials in local language in alignment with Roche code of conduct and local regulations
Give advices for email/App/HCP platform campaign content
Support PPOCs on Email/App/HCP platform campaign deployment
Provide input for the development of, and develop Digital Integrated Personalized Offerings
Internal training:
Provide input and adaptation to all training materials required in local languages.
Local Marketing Enablers may be required to conduct the training for PPOCs in the local language
Collaborate with DAN and PPOCs for implementing OBP. Prioritize efforts to DA/TA Work Packages requiring highly localized insights and/or activities
Promotional & medical events management (i.e. national level events/webinars)
Collaborate with PPOCs to manage Grant/ Sponsorship/ Donation
Co-create with PPOCs and other enablers on stakeholders mapping, managing relationships with local HCP organizations
Lead the access and pricing strategy for all DA related products.
Collaborate with Access and other functions to develop and deploy pricing strategies (including PN, FPS)
Lead the deployment of FPS/PSP programs in alignment with DA strategies.
Collaborate with the Access & Policy Chapter in HTA assessment, reimbursement listing
Coordinate with local distributors to ensure drug supply to patients (including formulary listing)
Coordinate with other functions for monthly rolling forecast and supply planning to ensure drug availability.
Who you are
- Must-have University degree in Pharmacy/Medical
- Additional Master / MBA is an advantage
- Additional Master / Bachelor Degree of Marketing is an advantage
- At least 3 years of hands-on experiences in Brand Management of MNC pharmaceuticals
- Excellent commercial/financing abilities and familiar with budgeting/forecasting process
- Competent Market analytics
- Experience in developing/ launching new business(es)/ product(s).
- Product life cycle management: vision & strategies
- Market, HCP & Competitive Insight – applicable level
- Branding & Positioning Management – applicable level
- Marketing Analytics – applicable level
