Credit / Collector Intern
Job Scope
To support the business in the management of credit exposure and collection of trade debt for the AMS Region performing supportive tasks.
Dimensions:
Support the Americas region with credit exposure of more than $150 million monthly.
Principal Accountabilities:
The position is part of the Americas Credit Management services and is responsible for:
Manage the collection of accounts with low complexity in an assigned portfolio to ensure compliance with payment terms and credit limits utilizing ERP System like SAP.
Assist the team in achieving monthly collections targets
Tracking and resolution of unapplied/unidentified payments.
Management and resolution of debit and credit balances over 60+ days.
Follow instructions and perform other related functions as may be assigned by the manager.

Qualifications
This job requires working from our office in Heredia 3 days, and 2 days from home per week, so the candidate must be able to commute to the office on the required schedule.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills required:
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
Demonstrate a high level of initiative and be goal driven.
Proficient in English (B2+) and Spanish, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
